From 2014 to 2018 it grew an average of 5% annually from $448B in 2014 to $560B in 2018.


Small Business Concerns (SBCs) - 23% of the total value of all prime contract awards for each for each fiscal year must be procured using small businesses.


Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Small Businesses (SDBs) - 5% of the total value of all contract and subcontract awards for each fiscal year must be procured using small businesses.


Women-owned Small Businesses (WOSBs) Not less than 5% of the total value of all prime contract and subcontract awards for each fiscal year must be procured using small businesses.


Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Not less than 3% of the total value of all prime contract and subcontract awards for each fiscal year must be procured using small businesses.


HUBZone Not less than 3% of the total value of all prime contract and subcontract awards for each fiscal year must be procured using small businesses.
